The Manual (2007)

Eight-year old Sonny lives with his family on the countryside where the ole folks conservatively believe everything they see and hear on TV. Seeing Sonny wearing his mother's half-slip and dancing in the field, his father decides to send him to a psychiatric institution known to treat homosexuality and other abnormal behaviours. Unfortunately, he never got cured and dies at age 24. On the day of his funeral, he shows up to his niece in an attempt to save her from experiencing the same fate as his.

Very touching, indeed. And I really hate those stupid folks who believe that homosexuality is like a disease that can be cured. Come on, they are the ones responsible for passing their "bad" genes to their children so they should go for rehabilitation first!
